Its Vision: To intensify the awareness of every Filipino on the importance  of entrepreneurship in the attainment of the nation’s goal of economic development.

Its Mission: To promote and conduct training programs that will provide the participants with the necessary skills, knowledge and other vital information for the establishment of a business enterprise.

Ultima Entrepinoy Center Forum & Spices and Foodmix House  has  served thousands of individuals and groups from government agencies, private groups, foundations, civic organizations, religious circles, corporations, retirees, OFWs, women’s clubs, the differently-abled, balikbayans and foreigners. There are  regular requests from corporations to train their personnel in livelihood skills and some meat processors seek consultation from the Center for improved product formulations.
